All purchases made at https://faston.pk/ are eligible for exchanges and returns within 7 days, but only if the following conditions are met:

  •  The product was flawed, damaged, or defective when it was delivered.
  • The Product is determined to be different from what you actually purchased or does not match the Product’s original specs. If you want to file a dispute, you must contact us within three days of delivery by sending an email to info@faston.pk or giving us a call at (+92 123 456 7890). Before any claims may be addressed, you must email info@faston.pk with photographic proof of the defective item within seven days after purchase.

You must return any defective goods to The Faston within 7 days of the purchase date if they are discovered to be faulty or damaged. Upon receipt, The Faston will provide a replacement based on the invoice and photographic proof.

In some situations, it is challenging for us to support exchanges. The following are only a few examples of such situations:

  • Exchange requests are submitted outside of the allotted time.
  • The item has been harmed by use.
  • There has been tampering with the product.
  • Everything, including price tags, labels, the original packaging, bonuses, and attachments, is missing from the package.

The following conditions must be met in order to qualify for a “refund”: * The customer cancels the order before The Faston begins processing the shipment; 

  • The product does not meet the product’s original specifications;
  • The shipment was delayed because of an irregularity, such as bad weather, logistical problems, political unrest, etc.;
  • The product was damaged during shipping

 

Order cancellation is permitted by the Faston in cases where an item is out of stock or a credit card payment has been rejected by the banking institution issuing the card. Any item you return must be in the original packing and in the same condition as when you received it.

How long will it take for my replacement to arrive?

Depending on your goods and region, the replacement will be sent to you in 5 to 15 days.

How long will it take for my refund to arrive?

The method you choose for a refund will determine how long it takes to process. The following are the anticipated processing periods for refunds after we have received your product:

  • Easypaisa Cash Transfer: 3 working days or less
  • Bank Deposit: 3 working days or less
