Important Information:

Please be aware that before sending out your order, we typically need 24 hours during working days to complete it. All orders come with FREE shipping for customers. Depending on your city, it will take 2 to 3 business days to deliver your item after it has been shipped. Please take into account any holidays that may affect delivery times. Customers are encouraged to refuse any opened or damaged packages at the moment of delivery rather than accepting them. The following working day will be used to process and dispatch any orders that were placed on Sunday and on Pakistani national holidays.

The Faston staff firmly believes in offering excellent customer service by making certain that they are looked after in the best way possible.

Please DO NOT accept the shipment if it is obviously damaged upon delivery or if the flyer/box seal is broken.

Items that are perishable, damaged in use, or not in the same condition as when you received them are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Order Tracking:

Your order number and an order tracking number will be sent to you via email or text once you place your order. Your order can be followed.

Lost/Stolen Packages:

The Faston is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen. Please contact the appropriate shipping company if your tracking information indicates that your shipment was delivered to your address but you haven’t received it.
